A heartwarming scene…
Watching Law and Order: SVU on Netflix…it’s an emotional climax where a 15 year old girls life comes unraveled as she confesses to murdering another character on the show. As the tears stream down the girl’s face, the orchestral strings crescendo darkly and the screen fades to black.
Then the closing theme song and credits come on, June yells at me and I turn to see her smiling, laughing, and dancing feverishly along to the music in a tempo and swagger that only she could comprehend. I couldn’t help but LOL!
